It is important to remember that you are under no pressure to take the test as soon as you qualify.
The most important thing is that you’re ready to drive unsupervised should you pass.
You can continue to practice on your learner permit until you feel confident in your ability to drive independently and safely.
Our Driver Education Program ensures the following during lessons:
- Guide students on lessons teaching Official VicRoads Testing Routes to practice operating a moving vehicle.
- Log book entries and compliance.
- Helpful tips for safe driving and sensible practices in various driving conditions (especially emergency situations and extreme weather conditions).
- Feedback and correction of mistakes.
- Demonstrate proper use of tools such as; mirrors, brakes, wipers, signals and lights.
- Practice in parking, stopping, conducting head checks, school time zones, speed limits, gap selection, observations and road rules.
- We evaluate students knowledge and abilities in driving a vehicle and recommend students to take the driving test when ready.
